Minimal Essential Media (MEM) contains 12 types of essential amino acids, glutamine, and 9 vitamins. This product also contains NEAA, sodium pyruvate, zinc sulfate, VB12, Biotin and ascorbic acid. The formulation of this product does not contain L-glutamine.

Storage Store at 2-8 °C for up to 24 months. Avoid exposure to light.
Buffer pH 7.2 - 7.4, containing 1000 mg/L D-Glucose, 2 mM L-Glutamine, 2200 mg/L NaHCO3, 1 mM Sodium Pyruvate, Earle's salt. Does not contain HEPES, Nucleoside, Phenol Red.
