This product is a cell culture medium used to differentiate Mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. Contains basal medium, nutrients, supplement and auxiliary reagents, provided in separate bottles.

Form Liquid
Storage Store at 2-8 °C for 12 months. Prepared medium can be stored at 4 °C for up to 1 month. Avoid exposure to light.
Buffer Contains Basal Medium (A and B), Nutrients (A and B) and Supplements (A1, A2 and B), with 10 ml Oil Red O solution and 10 ml Gelatin solution.

Directions for use
  • Bring all components to room temperature (18-25°C) and mix all reagents before use.
  • Briefly centrifuge or vortex supplement reagent A2.
  • Add the first nutrient vial, supplement A1 and supplement A2 to basal medium A.
  • Add the second nutrient vial and supplement B to basal medium B.

      • Working solutions should be prepared and used on the same day.
      Do not combine prepared basal medium A and B or any components labelled A with B.
