Advanced Tyrode's Solution with HEPES is a balanced salt solution used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing, diluting and transporting cells or tissue samples.

Target Advanced Tyrode's Solution
Form Liquid
Storage Store at 2-8 °C for up to 24 months. Avoid exposure to light.
Buffer pH 7.2-7.4, containing 1000 mg/L D-Glucose, 200 mg/L CaCl2, 214 mg/L MgCl2·6H2O, 5 mM HEPES. Does not contain NaHCO3, Phenol Red.
