Flow cytometric analysis of THP1 cells using Amiloride-Binding Protein 1 (ABP1) Antibody (10 µg/ml, red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (green histogram) followed by FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG antibody (<a href="https://www.abbexa.com/index.php?route=product/search&search=abx400031" target="_blank">abx400031</a>, 1 µg/ml). Cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and permeabilized with 0.1% BSA-Triton-X-100 prior to staining.
