Recommended dilutions	Prepare working solutions before carrying out the assay. Coating Buffer: Dilute to 1X with double-distilled water. Wash Buffer: Dilute to 1X with double-distilled water. If crystals are observed in the 25X concentrated soluton, warm to 40 °C in a water bath to dissolve the crystals before carrying out the dilution. Stop Solution: Dilute to 1X with double-distilled water. The Blocking Buffer, Standard and Sample Diluent, Detection Antibody Diluent, HRP-Conjugate Diluent and TMB Substrate are ready-to-use and do not require further dilution.
Storage	Store between 2°- 8°C.
Validity	12 months.
