Carfilzomib

Carfilzomib (PR-171) is an irreversible proteasome inhibitor that targets the chymotrypsin-like beta5 subunit of 20S proteasome. It can arrest the cell cycle and trigger apoptosis in tumor cell lines. It is provided as a white powder.
