Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is a widely used basal medium for supporting mammalian cell growth. The formulation of this product does not contain L-glutamine or sodium pyruvate.

Purification 0.1 µm Sterile Filtered.
Storage Store at 2-8 °C for up to 24 months. Avoid exposure to light.
Buffer pH 7.2-7.4, containing 3700 mg/L NaHCO3, 15 mg/L Phenol Red. Does not contain D-Glucose, HEPES, Sodium Pyruvate, L-Glutamine.
