Dusigitumab

Dusigitumab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting IGF1/IGF2, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.

Dusigitumab has been used in trials studying the treatment of Cancer, Advanced Solid Malignancies, Unresectable or Metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), and Hormone-sensitive, HER-2 Negative Metastatic Breast Cancer.
