Western blot analysis of lysates from C6 cells, using FOSL1 Antibody at 1/1000 dilution. C6 cells were treated by PMA/TPA (200 nM) at 37 °C for 15 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Exposure time: 180s.

FOSL1 Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody against FOSL1. The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2. These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. As such, the FOS proteins have been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
