GAPDH Antibody is a Monoclonal Antibody against GAPDH.
GAPDH is a glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate to 1,3-diphosphoglycerate. Aside from its role as a glycolytic enzyme, GAPDH is a pleiotropic functional protein involved in the regulation of gene expression, DNA repair and replication, neurodegeneration, pathogenesis, bacterial virulence and tubular bundling, as well as apoptosis and autophagy.
