Ham's F-10 Medium is used for the growth of CHO cells. It can also be used for a range of mammalian cells, including HeLa cells, mouse L-cells, and human diploid cells. It contains various amino acids and vitamins essential for cell growth, though does not contain proteins, lipids or growth factors. This product also contains Anti-Mycoplasma Removal Agent.

Storage Store at 2-8 °C for 12 months. Avoid exposure to light.
Buffer pH 7.2 - 7.4, containing 1 mM L-Glutamine, 1200 mg/L NaHCO3, 1 mM Sodium Pyruvate, 1.2 mg/L Phenol Red. Does not contain HEPES, D-Glucose.
