Ham's F-12 Medium is used for the growth of CHO cells, particularly for serum-free culture. It contains various amino acids and vitamins essential for cell growth, though does not contain proteins, lipids or growth factors. This product contains 1% Pen-Strep and Anti-Mycoplasma Removal reagent.

Storage Store at 2-8 °C for 12 months. Avoid exposure to light.
Buffer pH 7.0 - 7.6, containing 1 mM L-Glutamine, 1176 mg/L NaHCO3, 1 mM Sodium Pyruvate, 1.2 mg/L Phenol Red. Does not contain D-Glucose, HEPES.
