| Directions for use | For double or triple fluorescence staining in immunofluorescence tests, Hoechst 33342 staining is the last step after incubating the antibodies. For cultured cells, add 10 µl of Hoechst 33342 Chromogen to 2 ml Dilution Buffer in the same tube. Mix thoroughly (dye concentration is 5 μg/ml). Incubate for approximately 5 minutes in the dark at 30 °C, then wash with PBS/TBS 3 times, 3 minutes each time. |
