Human Coxsackie Virus IgM ELISA Kit is an ELISA kit against Human Coxsackie Virus IgM.

Introduction Coxsackie Virus (or coxsackievirus) is a +ssRNA virus that is the most common cause of Hand, Foot, and Mouth disease. Coxsackievirus infections cause maculopapular rashes around various parts of the body as well as general viral infection symptoms; nausea, fatigue, fever, loss of appetite, and malaise. There are no vaccines or specific therapeutics available for this disease, and medical care consists of treating symptoms and mitigating any serious (although rare) complications. Coxsackievirus is spread through the fecal-oral and respiratory routes, and is prevented by quarantining infected individuals and by improving sanitation procedures.
