Hydrogen Peroxide Assay Kit is an assay kit for the detection and quantification of Hydrogen Peroxide concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and cell culture supernatants using a spectrophotometer. Hydrogen peroxide can react with ammonium molybdate to form a yellow complex which has a maximum absorption peak at 405 nm. H2O2 content can be calculated by measuring the absorbance value at 405 nm.
