Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (IMDM) contains selenium, HEPES, sodium pyruvate and additional amino acids and vitamins, and potassium nitrate instead of iron nitrate in comparison to DMEM. IMDM is suitable for cell cultures that are high-density and rapidly proliferating. This formulation includes 20% serum, 1% Pen-Strep and 1% L-alanyl-L-glutamine, with Anti-Nanobacteria Treatment Reagent.
