Directions for use
  • To prevent protein degredation, it is recommended to add 1-2 mM PMSF into the Lysis Buffer before use.
  • There may be salt precipitation in the Lysis Buffer after prolonged storage at 4 or -20 °C. The precipitate will dissolve after leaving the Lysis Buffer at room temperature.
  • The lysis process should be carried out on ice.
