McCoy's 5A Mycoplasma Removal Medium

McCoy's 5A medium is widely used in the culture of many established cell lines, primary mammalian cells, and cells derived from diopsy tissues. Compared to other media, McCoy's 5A contains reduced glutathione, bacterial peptone and a high concentration of glucose. It contains various amino acids and vitamins essential for cell growth, though does not contain proteins, lipids or growth factors. This product contains 1% Pen-Strep and 1% L-alanyl-L-glutamine and Anti-Mycoplasma Removal Agent.
