MCDB 131 Medium is used for the growth of Human microvascular endothelial cells, including human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). It contains various amino acids and vitamins essential for cell growth, however requires growth factor supplementation. The formulation of this product does not contain L-glutamine.
