| Directions for use | Sterilize all equipment, tubes and bottles with 75% ethanol. Bring all components to room temperature. Add the growth supplement, FBS and the Penicillin-Streptomycin solutions to the basal medium and mix evenly. The resulting medium can be used for in vitro cell culture of abx700317 Rat Olfactory Astrocytes (OA), and is stable for 3 months when stored in the dark at 4 °C. Avoid prolonged exposure to room temperature or higher temperatures. |
