| Directions for use | Sterilize all equipment, tubes and bottles with 75% ethanol. Bring all components to room temperature. Add the growth supplement, FBS and the Penicillin-Streptomycin solutions to the basal medium and mix evenly. The resulting medium can be used for in vitro cell culture of abx700262 Rat Spinal Cord Astrocytes (SCA), and is stable for 3 months when stored in the dark at 4 °C.
