Native Gel Sample Loading Buffer is a 5x concentrated solution which based on Bromophenol blue dye. This reagent does not contain SDS and DTT, so it can be used for native gel sample loading and other assays. The 5 ml size is provided as 5 bottles of 1 ml.

Directions for use
  1. Dilute the sample with Native Gel Sample Loading Buffer (5x) at a ratio of 4:1. Load and carry out electrophoresis
  2. Stop electrophoresis when the bromophenol blue dye reaches the bottom of the gel.
