Nesvacumab

Nesvacumab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting ANGPT2, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.

Nesvacumab is under investigation in clinical trial NCT01997164, Study of Intravitreal (IVT) REGN910-3 and IVT REGN910 in Patients With Either Neovascular (Wet) Age Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) or Diabetic Macular Edema (DME).
