PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer. The supermix is provided at 2x concentration and used at 1x concentration by adding the template, primers and nuclease-free water. PCR products are unsuitable for PAGE. The Extension rate is about 1-2 kb/min. Amplification of genomic DNA fragment up to 4 kb. Contents:

Thermal Cycling Conditions:
  1. 94 °C, 2-5 min
  2. 94 °C, 20 s
  3. 50-60 °C, 20 s
  4. 72 °C, 2-6 kb/min
  5. Repeat 2-4 for 30-35 cycles.
  6. 72 °C, 5-10 min
Notes:

Before use, completely thaw all components and mix well.
