Promotions Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1. "Promotion" - Any and all reward, offer, discount, gift or incentive offered.

2. Scope
2.1. Sales Terms and Conditions apply.

3. Eligibility
3.1. Orders must meet all the following criteria to be eligible:
3.1.1. Individual Promotions criteria apply and are provided for each Promotion.
3.1.2. If the Promotion is given via a discount code, the code must be added at the checkout or included in the order email or purchase order to claim the Promotion.
3.1.3. Certain Promotions may be location specific.
3.1.4. Certain Promotions may be available for web orders only.
3.1.5. Time limits may apply to some Promotions.
3.1.6. Unclaimed Promotions, particularly gifts or incentives, will be withdrawn after a given time period.

4. Restrictions
4.1. If the Promotion is contingent on a submission, submissions must be made in good faith, and must be true and honest. Ineligible submissions will not be accepted.
4.2. Promotions cannot be retrospectively applied.
4.3. Multiple Promotions cannot be applied to the same order, unless this is expressly written in the Promotion criteria.
4.4. Some Promotions may be restricted to single use and cannot be used more than once by the same Buyer.

5. Miscellaneous
5.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify or cancel Promotions at any point.
5.2. Promotions do not affect the estimated order lead time
