Total Antioxidant Capacity Assay Kit for detection the TAC in serum, plasma, urine, saliva, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and cell culture supernatants using a microplate reader (FRAP Method). Fe3+-TPTZ can be reduced by antioxidants and produce blue Fe2+-TPTZ under acidic conditions. The antioxidant capacity of sample can be calculated by measuring the absorbance at 593 nm.
