Waymouth's MB 752/1 Medium is used for the growth of Mouse L929 Cells, whole organ culture and cell lines from pleural effusions. Does not require serum supplementation.

Purification 0.1 µm Sterile Filtered.
Storage Store at 2-8 °C for up to 24 months. Avoid exposure to light.
Buffer pH 7.2-7.4, containing 5000 mg/L D-Glucose, 350 mg/L L-Glutamine, 2240 mg/L NaHCO3, 10 mg/L Phenol Red. Does not contain HEPES, Sodium Pyruvate.
