Bemarituzumab

Bemarituzumab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting FGFR2, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.

Bemarituzumab is a subtype-selective humanized monoclonal antibody against FGFR2b. The FIGH study aims to evaluate the efficacy of its combined chemotherapy for untreated advanced gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction cancer.
