Datasheet SDS
Mouse Eotaxin (CCL11) Protein is a recombinant chemokine.

Target Eotaxin (CCL11)
Origin Mouse
Expression Recombinant
Tested Applications SDS-PAGE
Host E. coli
Conjugation Unconjugated
Form Lyophilized
Purity > 95% (SDS-PAGE and RP-HPLC)
Reconstitution It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Eotaxin in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage Eotaxin should be stored desiccated below -18 °C. Upon reconstitution CCL11 should be stored at 4 °C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 °C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
UniProt Primary AC P48298 (UniProt, ExPASy)
UniProt Entry Name CCL11_MOUSE
KEGG mmu:20292
String 10090.ENSMUSP00000000342
Sequence The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be His-Pro-Gly-Ser-Ile.
Biological Activity The Biological activity was determined by measuring the dose dependent phosphorylation of ERK1 and ERK2 in CCR3 transfected 293 cells. Significant ERK phosphorylation is observed with >1 ng/ml (corresponding to a Specific Activity of 1,IU/mg) of recombinant mouse eotaxin.
