Datasheet SDS
Fibronectin plays a role in several cellular processes, including tissue repair, embryogenesis, blood clotting, and cell migration/adhesion. This protein is from Human Plasma.

Target Fibronectin (FN1)
Origin Human
Expression Native
Tested Applications SDS-PAGE
Host Human
Conjugation Unconjugated
Form Lyophilized
Purity > 95% (SDS-PAGE)
Reconstitution It is recommended to reconstitute the 1 mg of lyophilized Fibronectin with a chaotropic agent such as urea at room temperature at a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml using sterile water. Let stand for 1-2 hours. The recommended concentration is 4M-5M urea.
Note: When using the protein as an attachment factor, wash the urea off after attaching the fibronectin to the growth surface (plate or dish).
Storage Store lyophilized at 4 °C. Upon reconstitution, store at 4 °C for up to 2 weeks, or aliquot and store at or below -20 °C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Molecular Weight 440 kDa.
Buffer Prior to lyophilization: 10 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 0.15 M NaCl.
Activity Not tested
Concentration Prior to lyophilization: 2 mg/ml
Availability Shipped within 5-10 working days.
